Our Equipment

What equipment do we use to measure and check flows?

Closed Pipes/Pumped Flows

We use our portable/battery-powered clamp-on Ultrasonic flowmeter.

Its called the Ultraflux Minisonic, we have been working with Ultraflux for over 25 years!

Air Flows

To measure air and gas flows a tapping point with a valve is required.

We then insert our flow probe into the pipe. The flow meter is a thermal mass type made by Hoentzsch. We have been working with our supplier for over 20 years.

Sewer/Drain and Effluent Flows

To measure sewer and drain flows, we use our portable radar open channel flowmeter from Flowtronic.

There is no contact with the flow, the flows do not require a shutdown. We have been using radar flowmeters for over 18 years.

Small Rivers and Channels

We use our portable spot velocity meter. The meter has no moving parts making it ideal for checking sewer flows and rivers with weeks etc.

Web-Enabled Data Loggers

Our web-enabled data loggers allow near real-time remote access to your data. Reports are automatically generated. Data can be downloaded at any time in spreadsheet format.
